Silent Move was formed by Vassilis Tzavaras and Yiannis Paxevanis in 2009.
They started experimenting scoring and performing live music in silent movies. They have performed live music for Murnau’s “Nosferatu”, Dreyer’s “Jeanne d’ Arc” and Epstein’s “The fall of the house of Usher”.
They have performed in Athens and Patras, and have organized in 2012 the 1st and 2nd Festival “Improvisatin and Cinema”.
Their music is a combination of rock, psychedelic, avant-garde, ambient and electronica elements.
